Officer Meeting – need date and where

Cook Book – brillo pads needed, spices, little things, other wise in good shape. Get people to go to Wal*Mart before next camp out. Also look for old spice bottles, they can be used.

Snow Melt – have extra charge for delivery but most people pick up there own orders. Also go after the big businesses.

Awards – for people who are interested in bronze, silver, and gold awards, meet on the off weeks to get help. See Mr. Terry.

Planning for 2007 – Crew 90 has been chosen to plan the 2007 Klondike. Major planning will start in Jan. and Feb.

Venture Round Table –the costume party will be at East Berlin fire hall on Oct 29. It is open to any venture or guest from 14 years old and up. The cost is $5 in costume, $10 not in costume, (costume must be different from you, no venture shirts, t-shirts or other normal clothes) there will be prizes awarded. Snow Ball dance is on Dec 28, from 7 – 10pm.

Great Rescue – June 06, - perform training. Go threw training for 8 months in various subjects, then after the 8 months is up, the crew will be called up and tested on the skill(s) that they were trained in. – only for ventures- also we do need enough people to go so that we can teach the ones who don’t go.

Next Round Table meeting is Oct. 19

Treasury Report – currently we have $261.13 in the account. Also check with Kieth to check if you have any dues that are needed to be paid.

Re-charter and Rosters are going to take place in Dec.

Spring / Summer Events – looking for ideas, back to beach? Backpacking in May instead of June, the weekend before Memorial Day? Open for options.

Popcorn –sent out in e-mail to raise money for scout accounts.
