Crew Meeting - August 22^nd 8:00 PM

Next meeting will be the 12th.  We will be voting on the new officers then.  Afterwards they will decide on a date and time for an executive board meeting.

Fall Campout Weekend Possibilities:

- December 2, 3, 4 or October 14, 15, 16

We are going to check on cabin availability for the 1st weekend of December at Camp

Winter campout

-Mid Feb

    Presidents day weekend Feb 17, 18, 19 or

    Weekend before presidents day weekend Feb 10, 11, 12

** We need to discuss where we want to go for these weekends during the upcoming weekends.

Ice & Snow Melt Sale Chairperson –

Austin was unanimously elected to this position. We look forward to him forming a committee to set up the sale. He will need to contact L&L Paint and talk about product costs and we can discuss the sale and use for the proceeds at the September Meetings.

Crew Cook Box and Equipment –

Steve Isch has been voted in charge of putting a venture crew cook box and Axe Bag together.  We need to look at what we have and then decide what we need to put into the box.  Steve will draft one or two people to assist him with putting these together.

Shirts

There will be samples of artwork at the Sept.12^th meeting.  We will be voting on them to decide which will go on the shirt.

Crew 1 – East Berlin, PA

Crew 1 had asked about having meetings together and doing activities together. We discussed this at the meeting.  We are thinking of a combined meeting a month with crew 1.  Now we need to decide on a date that we will get together, and if we want it to be an actual meeting, or a social gathering where we will discuss other things too.
