By laws
             ~ I will be typing up a new copy of the By Laws and then sending it to Mr.Steve for him to attach to the Web page.

Alternative Uniforms

~ It has been decided upon that we will be wearing Polos to meetings and casual scouting activities.  The polos will be Green with our scouting symbol and will cost around $30 per person.  Also, we have decided on jeans for meetings and casual activities, and khakis for ceremonies and other formal occasions.

Scout House Painting
             ~Thank you to all those who showed up on Sunday to paint the Scout House. 

New Business
Cabin Camping/Ski Trip
             ~Mason and Mike Hagel are organizing a camping trip sometime in January.  We will spend Saturday skiing.

Volunteers for newsletter

~the idea was raised during the meeting, yet no one was really interested.  if anyone where to change their mind...email Mr. Steve, Mason, or one of the other crew officers.

Scheduled Events
       Nov. 19-20 Bike Hike with Troop- Valley Forge Campout
       Nov. 21- Scouting for food
       Dec. 4- Greg Myers Eagle Ceremony
       Dec. 5- Tree lighting ceremony, and then committee meeting following
       Dec. 10-12 Scout House work campout.  There will also be movies to watch.
       Dec. 29- Venture Crew Dance at East Berlin Fire Hall, 7:00 PM.  Bring friends, $5 in advance, $7 at the door.
       May 20-22?- 24hr capture the flag at Wizard Ranch.
       August ?- Venture Crew Picnic

Venture Round Table meeting on Nov. 18th at 7:00 PM at the Gander Mountain Community meeting room.

November 22th is the next meeting at 8:00
