Bylaws:

We made some changes to the bylaws of the crew.  They are as follow:

   Rides

• All drivers must drive responsibly and obey traffic laws or else they will no longer be allowed to drive on crew activities.
• Crew members are only allowed to drive (or transport) other crew members.

    Coed

• Girls and boys are not allowed in the same sleeping tent at the same time.
• When in a cabin, there needs to be some sort of divider separating the girls form the boys.
• As for PDA (Public Display of Affection), holding hands is acceptable, but no one wants to see anything more.
• A female adult is now going to be needed for the Venture trips.

    Dues

• 10 $ a quarter, crew members that more than $30 behind on their dues can be dropped from the crew. A wavier can be provided by the crew committee (For example, someone attending college out of town).
• Crew members that are attending college out of town can remain active in the crew by paying there annual membership fee (no dues are required).

For our uniform, we have decided on polos over the class A's.  The idea to change the black pants to jeans or khakis was also mentioned.

There will be a dance on December 29th in East Berlin from 7-11. it will not be all guys, many girls will be there to.  Also, anyone who wants to bring friends can, just inform Mr. Steve that they are doing so. 

November 8th is the next meeting at 8:00

There will be a winter camp out at the end of January. We discussed different places to go and what to do.

Nov 7^th at 12:30 PM, there will be painting around the scout house.  Anyone who is willing to come please let Mr.Steve know what times you are available.  The painting will last about 2-3 hrs.
