September 23^rd – 25^th – District Camporee – Mr. Sam would like some assistance from the Venture Crew helping the Weblos at the Camporee. If anyone can assist during this event, please let me or Mr. Sam know as soon as possible (steve@crew90.us or sam@troop90.us). There will be Female leadership there with the Pack, so that would not be a problem with this campout!

September 26^th – Next Crew Meeting

October 16^th – Court of Honor (at Sweeney Park right behind the Scout House). This is a Sunday night and will include a dinner following the Court of Honor

December 2^nd – 4^th – Fall Crew Campout at Camp Conewago (Cabin Camp).

December 4^th – Christmas Tree Lighting at the old Shrewsbury Library.

January 6^th – 8^th – Cabin Camp at Tuckahoe.

February 10^th – 12^th Winter Campout at Camp Conewago (Cabin Camp)

New Crew Advisor

I would like to welcome our newest crew advisor, Ms. Kristin Kowalczyk. She has decided to join the Crew Advisor, please welcome her to the crew!

Shirts

The Crew 90 Alternate Class A Shirts have been voted on and accepted. The Crew voted for the logo below for the new shirts. We will go with the Dark Green 5 oz. Polo Shirts from Port Authority. I’ve placed the initial order at Pins and Needles in New Freedom (next to Mr. Ken’s Store). If you were not at the meeting our would like to order a shirt, you can let me know or call Pins & Needles at 717-235-4309 and tell them that you would like to order one of the BSA Crew 90 Polo Shirts. The sizes and prices are listed below with a picture of the logo and type of shirt.

Crew Cook Box and Equipment –

Steve Isch will be looking through the spare Troop 90 equipment to assemble a Crew 90 Cook Box. Steve will be providing a report back to the Crew at the September 26^th Meeting with the items that he was able to get from the Troop and a list of what needs to be purchased to complete the Crew Cook Box.

Ice & Snow Melt Sale Chairperson –

Lauren is supposed to follow up with Austin on this project so we can get started putting together the sale.

Crew 1 – East Berlin, PA

Crew 1 had asked about having meetings together and doing activities together. We discussed this at the meeting.  We are thinking of a combined meeting a month with crew 1.  Now we need to decide on a date that we will get together, and if we want it to be an actual meeting, or a social gathering where we will discuss other things too.
