If you missed the August Venture Roundtable You Missed:

 

 

Planning for Venture Youth Leadership Training September 10^th & 11^th Tuckahoe

            For youth Training/ If you are coming up Friday Evening, Bring Sleeping gear ie Tent, Sleeping Bag etc. Bring a Breakfast and lunch for Saturday unless you plan to go to Dillsburg to eat. If you come up Saturday only, bring a lunch. Everyone should have a personal cooler for cold drinks.

 

Training begins Friday evening at 7:00 and continues Saturday from ( 9 AM to 3 PM Training in the old Dining Hall or as some call it the New OA Lodge.

 

Planning for Venture Adult leader Training September 11^th 8 AM Registration 9 AM Kickoff -5 Training in Admin Building.- Coffee in the morning. Bring a bag Lunch.

 

Planning for Adult Venture Leaders training in-

( Safety Afloat, Safe Swim Defense, Climb on Safety )

 

Planning a Winter Holidays Dance on December 29^th at either the Fire Hall or Legion in East Berlin Mark, your Calendars.

 

Planning a Venture Commando Capture the Flad 24 hr. Challenge at Wizard Ranch the Weekend of May 20-22 Mark your Colanders for this great event. The Venture’s will have a ball.

 

Planning for Venture 2^nd Annual Picnic at Tuckahoe,  August 21^{th, 2005}     Sunday 1-9 PM

 

Picnic Details so far --- We will plan a little each Roundtable

            V-Ball, Soft Ball, Horse Shoes Etc.

            Music and Swimming Pool all day

 

Try to have Crew’s participate in their District Camper alls where possible.

 

Planning to do more Hands-On Venture Training at VRT Looking for ideas from crew leadership of what you would like you see at future VRT’s ie Bikes, Climb gear, Caving, Camping/Cooking Tents etc.      

 

A number of Modified Venture forms are being developed. When we have them ready, we’ll send them to all E-Mail for your use.

Remember the PICNIC Sunday August 15^th, $ 5.00 Per/Bring a guest $ 5.00 Each. Fun, Swim, Volley Ball, Music and Dancing. 1:00 PM till 10:00 PM See you there.
